Today’s blogpost is all about hand care. If you wish to learn all about my hand care routine, let’s hop right in!
For regular, everyday moisturise, Nivea is my all-time favourite brand. I keep trying different lotions in their range and currently, I have been loving their Firming Body Lotion.
This lotion claims to have the advanced ‘energy complex’ with Q10 coenzyme, Creatine and L-Carnitine, which supposedly lift up skin cells’ energy and improves the firmness of the skin.
Now I don’t know if that stuff really works or not, not sure how to tell a difference, but I love the scent and feel of this lotion. Not too thick nor heavy, this is just right for my normal skin. Keeps my hands and arms nice and plump, even throughout the night. Plus, it’s nice to know that it’s actually doing something good to my skin while I’m dozing off, thanks to the Q10 and all.
Chapped No chapped!
For days when my hands are feeling extra dry or have dry patches, the Neutrogena Concentrated Hand Cream has been saving the day. This has a very thick, almost petroleum jelly type texture and only a dab is required, which explains the teeny tiny size of this product. The cream has a very mild scent which doesn’t linger, so that’s great. It instantly soothes any dry patches and makes the hands super soft and kissable!
Now I’m not going to go on and on about this product because I feel like I’ve raved about this enough already here on my blog and my Instagram.
Yes, you guessed it. I’m talking about the Wadair’s Frankincense and Green Tea Body Scrub. I freaking love this stuff! I love the actual scrub, the scent is divine, and it makes my skin feel absolutely perfect. MAJOR LOVE.

For all over the body moisture, (which I need to do more regularly!) I have never reached for body lotions. I had a phase when I was using body butter but it just takes so long!
(I know this is not specifically hand care, but I do apply this on my hands and arms after a shower.)
When I found my body becoming too dry and thirsty, I picked up this genius invention. Now, I have used baby oil before right after the shower and I think it’s perfect but I used to be too lazy to actually do it every day.
Now however, it’s like a walk in the park. Spray some of this goodness on, rub it in and that’s it! So quick and easy, I don’t have an excuse not to moisturize!
That’s about it my loves.
